Departure should take place by 10:00 am. A departure time after 10:00 a.m. will result in an additional overnight stay being charged. Individual arrival and departure times can be arranged with the landlord. If arrival has not taken place by 11:59 p.m. on the day of arrival without notification, the landlord or his representative may freely dispose of the property. A refund of the rental fee due to early departure is generally not possible. 2 Cancellation Up to 7 days before arrival, the guest can cancel free of charge. If canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, 50% of the total price must be paid and if canceled less than 48 hours before arrival, the total price must be paid by the guest. 3 Obligations of the guest The guest undertakes to treat the entire apartment, including the furnishings, with care. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the apartment or the inventory must be reported to the landlord immediately. Any defects found on arrival in the apartment must also be reported immediately, otherwise the guest is liable for these damages. A reasonable period of time must be granted to rectify the defects. From the day of departure, the guest is obliged to remove all personal belongings.

4. guest registration & Allgäu-Walser-Card Upon arrival, the guest must register at the Tourist Information Scheidegg (Rathauspl. 8, 88175 Scheidegg), or if it is closed, at the kiosk opposite (Rathauspl. 8, 88175 Scheidegg). The Allgäu-Walser-Card will then be issued to the guest for the period of accommodation.
